Well situated property near town and station but all rather 'tired'.
Positive: The quiet location near the town and the station. It was nice that teas , coffee and long life milk were there on arrival.
Negative: Being opposite the bins, the upright light not working so it was hard to read, only having one easy chair for two people, one dining chair being so worn you were sitting on the rim rather then the cushion, no proper hanging space, the whole place needed a deep clean (it had been well surface cleaned), the bathroom tap was leaking ...... ie it was OK but in need of a refurbishment
