Gemütlich sogar im November Positive: Sehr ruhig, obwohl zentral gelegen. Guter Pub nebenan. Bequeme Betten, gemütlicher Holzofen. Sofortige Rückmeldung bei Anfragen.

Very enjoyable stay Positive: Brilliant location for us to explore the area and catch up with family Negative: Nothing it was just what we wanted

Positive: It had everything you need for a short stay.. Everything was in working order. The communication was clear and timely. It was cozy and warm. We didn't use the fireplace as the place was warm with the temperature controlled heating already. The shower pressure was great and we were four showering one after the other and we did not run out of hot water. There is a pub just one house away. free onstreet parking on the front of the cottage. There is a tesco express just around the corner and a big Lidl and Sainsbury a few minutes walk away. Negative: The cups were mostly cleaned but I chose the one on the back row from the cabinet because it looked nicer for my tea and there is a lipstick mark on it and I was the first one to open the cupboards. The mattress could do with some upgrade but maybe we just hiked too much that it wouldn't matter what mattress we were in, we will have aches everywhere. Overall, we had a nice stay and despite the minute things that weren't great, we'd stay here again.

Uncomfortable Positive: Kitchen was nice. Negative: The doorways are very low. If you are about 5ft8in or taller, you will be at risk of hitting your head. Being 6ft4in, I had to walk around bent-over most of the time, which was uncomfortable. The steps to the first and second floors are very steep, with a clear risk of stumbling when coming down. Anyone with any sort of leg or hip problems will struggle on the stairs. The stone floor on the ground floor in the living areas is cold and mottled giving it an appearance of being dirty. It would be good to have more rugs to cover it up. The windows were old with a noticeable draft coming through.
