Charming old cottage in a lovely rural location - we loved it
Positive: Loved the old-world charm of the place, made our trip to the Cotswolds seem more authentic. It was snug, but didn’t feel cramped. Lady next door was lovely. Small garden to sit out in, felt very close to nature - saw rabbits, deer and badgers as well as cattle and horses. All felt rather idyllic. Very close to Painswick, a quaint village, and the views from the beacon are stunning.
Negative: I wouldn’t change a thing.

The Snug at Cherry Cottage was very enjoyable and we recommend this property to others!
Positive: We had a lovely stay in the Cotswolds and really enjoyed both the property and the beautiful surrounding area. The accommodation was charming, peaceful, and full of character, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the cosy atmosphere and the picturesque setting.
Communication throughout our stay was excellent, and the management team was responsive and helpful whenever needed. Dominic was thoughtful and professional, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing Cotswolds getaway.

Ideal Location
Positive: We loved how cosy and secluded we were in the area - The neighbours were very lovely and welcoming - There was lots to do and explore within Gloucester and the Surrounding Cotswold areas due to the location.
Negative: The television (although rarely uses) did go blank on a few occasions. The kitchenette was very quaint however we would usually prefer a full kitchen when away. Other than these minor niggles, it was a lovely stay.

The country ambiance and outlook over paddocks is delightful. Cosy and old world!
Negative: Only limited cutlery/crockery available. No oven gloves. Frustrating that the internet kept dropping.
